Bloom

Snow and ice hit our area this past Friday which allowed me to declare a scrapbook weekend! With my scrap jammies on and armed with the December sketch challenges the mojo was flowing! I accomplished a tremendous amount and will be posting a few today. The first LO I would like to share is inspired by the sketch from Stuck?! at http://stucksketches.blogspot.com/



This was such a great sketch and here is my interpretation.


The pictures in this LO were taken this spring. I love flowers...in case you haven't noticed! These are the columbine in my backyard garden! With the snow flying today, looking at my flowers reminds me that winter is only here for a season!!!

    Oh my! your design is like a lovely window into summer. It's so wonderful given that I am up to my ears in the icy cold grip of winter! I am particularly impressed with how you let the photos do the talking her by using lots of tone on tone and texture. Genius, really. Thanks for playing at Stuck!
