Beauty is Everywhere

The September Sketch Challenge from MME was the perfect sketch for me to use some of my MME stash that I have been holding onto! The paper really enhanced the picture that was taken last fall  at Berea  Falls Overlook just outside of Cleveland, OH. It was a beautiful fall day as I was visiting my daughter at collegeso we made our rounds to some very scenic places and snapped a few pics! I was a little dismayed that I only had my little point and shoot camera on me instead of my nice camera but was pleasantly surprised that I captured some great shots!

Family Forever

One of the September challenges at Flying Unicorn was to create a layout with the theme time flies and using at least 2 clocks on the project. This theme seems right where I am at in life! The picture featured in my LO is of my husband, me and my third daughter following her college graduation this past April. It is truly hard to believe how time does fly!

One of my scrapbook goals for the year was to participate in some of the challenges presented by so many wonderful online companies. I love to take the sketch presented and make it my own! Today's layout was created using inspiration from the sketch at My Creative Sketches.

The picture in my layout was taken of my oldest daughter and me at my third daughters college graduation this spring. It is not very often I get in front of the camera as I am usually the one snapping the pics!

Supplies used:
Printed paper- Teresa Collins
Flourish- Cricut
Punch- Martha Stewart
Flowers- Paper Studio and Recollection
